4. Dispatch and passage of the risk

All products are sent out normaly within 3 working days by German Post, and normal risk applies...

5. Delivery

Normaly within 3 working days of dispatch

6. Terms of payment

Under Euro 80,- invoice is ok, over Euro 80,- please use C.O.D., Credit Card od Check. All payment is to be payed within 5 days of recipt.

7. Retention of title

All goods belong to Firma Mark F. Bingham until fully paid for.

8. Notices of defect, guarantee and compensation

Any defects are to be sent or giving in writing within 7 days of recipt. Various guaranties apply, see each product for details.

9. Place of delivery and area of jurisdiction

All products will only be delivered to a valid address.

10. Final clauses
